About Us

The Kanfe Nesharim community was founded on December 22, 2021, by a group of eight families from Latin America with the aim of creating a community that supports olim chadashim (new immigrants) in the city of Harish, Israel.

Today we are a large family of more than 300 people (60 families) from Latin American countries and Spain that continues to grow every day.

The beginnings of our kehila were in private homes, with Shabbat services, Torah classes, and social gatherings. Today, the community has a physical space to use on Shabbat and Jewish holidays. During the week, the activities take place in different buildings of Harish institutions.

The community has different groups for children, adolescents, young people, adults, and the elderly.

What began with a group of 20 families in a private house is today a real and vibrant community that provides spiritual and emotional support to all Latinos who come from abroad and from Israel.

Currently, we have activities during the week for children, adults, and seniors. Our activities include study, prayers, social activities, and outings.

The Harish multipurpose room that the municipality lent us for Shabbat and Holiday prayers is now too small, and we need our own space to continue growing.
